Founder's Message

Like every journey that begins with a goal, a determination to reach to the destination, AARAMBH, MP journey begins almost 33 years ago to bring a ray of hope in the lives of children and families living in difficult circumstances. Today AARAMBH is catering to the needs of several thousand children, Youth and their families in urban as well as rural areas. We are intensively working on Child Rights, Child Protection, Family Based Care and Family Strengthening, Social Inclusive, Gender Sensitization program and Sponsorship in Madhya Pradesh. On the way of our memorable journey of 33 years, we experienced many challenges, hurdles, successes, learnings and moment of hardship but we were determined to make our vision come true in the best interest of helpless Children and most unserved families. We feel proud to say that we are reaching out to many more children in need of care and protection and the families living in the difficult circumstances through our own way of working through Community Led Approach and Programmatic Research work. In order to continue our efforts AARAMBH always recognizing the efforts and dedication of our professional and theme based specialized team members who are always supportive and essential in building a positive work environment, fostering motivation, and sustaining high performance in delivering the positive impact in the targeted communities. By openly sharing both successes and challenges, we create a culture of authenticity and accountability. It is through transparency that we forge genuine connections along with our stakeholders as it allows us to celebrate milestones together and navigate hurdles collectively. In addition, AARAMBH’s mission is to fostering trust, transparency also encourages collaboration and feedback from the community. We believe that when stakeholders are kept informed about the decision-making processes and the rationale behind them, they feel empowered to contribute meaningfully to the project’s growth and success. We inspire others to join us on this journey.
