AARAMBH with the support of Sightsavers under our Inclusive Education programme, in Raisen District of Madhya Pradesh has provided training to 29 Visually Impaired Children and their parents to mainstreaming these children to schools. Children were provided three days refresher training in braille, Daisy Players and Mobile with Keyboard learning and typing.  

A major cause of Visual Impaired Children and Low Vision Children being left behind is also a persistent form of Discrimination, which leaves them behind just because there is a need to develop a proper curriculum and teaching methodology for the teachers to teach these special children in class room. AARAMBH is working hard in developing modules and better teaching methods in association with the Government School Teachers through various training programs in Raisen District. All these children have been enrolled in Government Schools.
